Adecco is seeking a highly talented and dedicated Biologist to join a leading biotechnology organization in Chesterfield, MO. The ideal candidate will have experience in plant physiology, cell culture, in vitro assays, molecular biology, and controlled environment and greenhouse management. Pay Rate: The anticipated hourly wage for this position is between $37 and $40.00. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Routine handling, growth, and maintenance of various crops in controlled environments such as growth chambers, greenhouses, and laboratories.
• Assisting in the execution and documentation of experiments.
• Interpreting experimental results with scientific depth and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Plant Biology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• 2+ years of plant care or laboratory experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Greenhouse management.
• Strong attention to detail, experimental design, data analysis, and interpretation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, database management, data analysis software, and basic bioinformatics tools.
