Job Title : Business Development Representative Manager 
Location : Washington, D.C.; In-Person 
Status : Full-time; Exempt 
Reports to : Managing Director 
Direct Reports : Business Development Representatives 
Typical Work Hours : 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday

Monex USA is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative Manager to lead and mentor our Sales team. As a BDR Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the activities of the Business Development Representatives, ensuring they meet their targets and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with a strong sales acumen and experience in financial services sales. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Recruit, hire, lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets. 
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to generate new business opportunities in the Foreign Exchange (FX) market. 
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve team members' skills and productivity. 
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure consistent progress toward goals. 
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and potential clients through networking, cold calling, email outreach, and other methods. 
  • Collaborate with the Monex Sales team to understand and promote the company's foreign exchange products and services to potential clients, emphasizing their unique value propositions and benefits. 
  • Partake in regular sales reports and updates to management, including pipeline analysis, revenue forecasts, and progress toward sales targets. 
  • Continuously update knowledge of the foreign exchange market, industry best practices, and emerging trends to effectively position our company in the market. 
  • Promote a culture of data integrity and strict adherence to CRM policy.

Required Qualifications: 
  • Proven experience in BDR management, with a track record of leading and mentoring successful teams. 
  • Experience with AI experience (salesforce, Tableau, etc.,) 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships. 
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred. 
  • Proven track record of success in sales is a plus.

Compensation: 
  • Salary is commensurate with experience. The annual salary range is $90,000-$100,000
