Car Rental Manager - Long Island City, NY 11101 - Onsite - $80-110k

A client of Insight Global is seeking to hire a Rental Car Manager in the Long Island, NY area. The rental car manager will oversee the daily operations of the car rental facility, ensuring smooth and efficient service for customers.

General Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a pleasant rental experience for all customers.
• Utilize previous experience in a customer service environment to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Lead and motivate the team, ensuring that every team member is directed and encouraged effectively.
• Oversee the entire rental process, ensuring it is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate professionalism and enthusiasm with a passion for excellence.
• Communicate effectively in both written and oral forms in English and Spanish.
• Maintain great organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Exhibit strong PC skills for managing rental transactions and customer information.
• Foster a “how can I help you” attitude to assist customers and team members alike.

Qualifications:

• Previous managerial experience in rental, sales, or leasing.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a must.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
