Job Summary: Chem-Dry by Kevin Jones is seeking a Full-Time and Part-time Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Carpet Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our clients in commercial and residential settings. This is an individual contributor role where you will be expected to utilize your skills and knowledge to efficiently and effectively clean carpets using Chem-Dry's industry-leading methods and equipment. Compensation & Benefits: This is an hourly Technician / Skilled Labor / Contractor job with a competitive compensation range of $15 to $30 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition to competitive pay, we also offer opportunities for growth, training, and development. Responsibilities:

• Perform residential and commercial carpet cleaning services according to Chem-Dry's best practices and procedures
• Use Chem-Dry's specialized equipment and products to remove dirt, stains, and odors from carpets
• Efficiently and effectively complete each cleaning job to meet customer satisfaction and quality standards
• Communicate with customers to understand their specific cleaning needs and address any concerns
• Maintain inventory and equipment, reporting any issues or replacements needed to management
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures while on job sites
• Keep work vehicle and equipment clean and organized at all times
• Additional duties may be assigned by management as needed

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license and a relatively clean driving record
• Physically able to lift and carry heavy equipment, stand and bend for extended periods of time, and work in various environmental conditions
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
