THE JOB

As the Senior Customer Success Manager , you will:

  • Own Enterprise Client Relationships : Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients, guiding them from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
  • Drive Adoption & ROI : Help clients realize measurable value from the platform by aligning product features with their business goals.
  • Lead QBRs & Reviews : Conduct business reviews to highlight client impact, discuss KPIs, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with Sales, Product, and Support to deliver seamless customer experiences and advocate for client needs.
  • Mitigate Risk : Proactively identify churn signals and implement strategies to improve retention and satisfaction.
  • Deliver Thought Leadership : Educate clients on industry trends, new features, and strategic best practices to maximize adoption.
  • Identify Growth Opportunities : Support upsell and expansion initiatives by identifying unmet client needs.

ABOUT YOU

You’re a customer-first professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, and client engagement . To excel in this role, you’ll need:

  • Experience & Business Acumen : 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting, ideally in SaaS, Data, or AI-driven companies.
  • Enterprise Relationship Management : Proven track record managing high-value client relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Technical & Analytical Skills : Comfortable with CRM and Customer Success tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, HubSpot) and capable of data-driven decision-making.
  • Problem-Solving & Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Experience working with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to enhance client experiences.
  • Adaptability & Resilience : Thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and enjoy wearing multiple hats.
