Fence Installer (Chesterfield, MI)

Job Responsibilities:
Perform efficient and accurate installation of aluminum fences based on project specifications.
Interpret drawings and measurements to plan fence layouts effectively.
Dig post holes, mix and pour concrete, and securely set fence posts.
Assemble and install fence panels, gates, and associated hardware.
Operate power and hand tools safely and proficiently.
Ensure all installations meet Radiance Aluminum Fence, Inc.'s quality standards and customer expectations.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule.
Maintain a clean and organized work site.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and supervisors.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in fence installation is preferred; however, individuals with relevant construction or outdoor labor experience and a strong work ethic will be considered.
Ability to lift 75+ lbs. and perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.
Knowledge of fence installation techniques, tools, and materials.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check.
