Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Clinical Nurse I to join our innovative Neonatal Escalation Safety Telemetry (NEST) program. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety of mothers and babies by remotely monitoring fetal tracings and providing expert support to our Labor & Delivery units across the healthcare system.

What you'll do:

Be a remote patient advocate, keeping a watchful eye on fetal tracings and identifying any potential concerns.
Collaborate with bedside nurses to ensure moms and babies receive the best possible care.
Share your expertise by mentoring and coaching other nurses, helping them grow their skills and knowledge.
Stay at the forefront of the field by actively participating in professional development opportunities.
Lead and participate in initiatives to improve the NEST program and patient safety.
