Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor. The Fleet Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the maintenance team and ensure the efficient operation of equipment and facilities. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is responsible for:

• Leading and coordinating maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Ensuring all equipment and machinery are in optimal working condition.
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Implementing preventive maintenance programs to increase efficiency and safety.
• Managing work orders, schedules, and inventory of parts and supplies.
• Training and supervising maintenance staff to ensure safety and performance.
• Class 8 tractor trailer service and repair
• Follow maintenance plan for trucks, trailers, forklifts, and industrial equipment
• Lead 2 technicians on daily tasks

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, truck fleet, and hydraulic systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team; excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Understanding of preventive maintenance programs and repair strategies.
• Needs basic computer skills
• Needs basic skills with Excel and Outlook

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule

• Day Shift
• Typical work week is 50 hours
• Monday – Friday
