Job Description

Summary

We are seeking a Fleet Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and management of all motorized

equipment, including forklifts, golf carts, and other powered machinery. The ideal candidate will

have a strong mechanical background in equipment or vehicle maintenance and at least three

years of supervisory or management experience. Experience in a manufacturing environment is

highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and servicing of all motorized equipment, ensuring
• optimal functionality and safety.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure
• equipment reliability.
• Supervise and lead a team of mechanics and technicians, providing training and guidance
• as needed.
• Manage inventory and procurement of necessary parts, tools, and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
• Monitor and manage maintenance costs, working to improve efficiency and reduce
• expenses.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure fleet readiness aligns with operational needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role in fleet maintenance,
• mechanical operations, or a related field.
• Strong mechanical knowledge of forklifts, golf carts, and other motorized equipment.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software or systems is a plus.
