*Seeking Ford buyer or engineer who is looking to transition into a Sales Account manager*

Job description

• Sales Rep Firm: With this position you will be providing representation and project management for major OEMs/automotive manufacturers and building relationships with customers
• Looking for a minimum of 3-4 years of experience at Ford. Engineering/Purchasing background or experience with calling into one of these companies for sales
• Frequently onsite at customers
• Salary: Base + uncapped commission
• Teamwork : Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to find new leads and generate recurring business
• Customer service : Provide excellent customer service, and ensure clients are satisfied with the products or service they receive
• Networking : Network to develop potential customer relationships, and attend client meetings
• Client relationships : Build and maintain relationships with clients, and handle customer needs
• Sales targets : Set sales targets and make suggestions to improve sales performance
• Account management : Oversee account representatives, and manage the sales process
• Reporting : Make regular reports on sales performance, and generate progress reports for clients
• New business : Source and secure new clients, and identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
