Location: Bismarck, ND

Shift: 12 Hours - Night Shifts

Job Schedule: Full Time

Weekly Hours: 36.00

Salary Range: $32.00 - $48.00

Pay Info: $20,000 sign-on bonus available for eligible candidates!

Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse (RN) , you will utilize the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide individualized care to patients. Whether you're a recent graduate or a seasoned RN, this role offers the chance to work both independently and collaboratively with a team of motivated professionals, fostering ongoing learning and collaboration.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should:

• Be a graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA).
• Hold an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
• Maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
