Door Pro America, a reputable provider of high-quality residential garage doors, is seeking skilled and experienced Garage Door Installers to join our team. As a Garage Door Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining garage doors and related components.

In this role, you will work independently or as part of a team to install new garage doors, including hardware, tracks, springs, and other necessary components. You will also be responsible for diagnosing and repairing issues with existing garage doors, such as broken springs, malfunctioning openers, or damaged panels. Additionally, you will provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that installations are completed to the customer's satisfaction and addressing any questions or concerns.

• Install new garage doors according to manufacturer's instructions and industry standards
• Repair and replace broken or malfunctioning garage door components
• Perform routine maintenance on garage doors, including lubrication and adjustment of springs and tracks
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with garage doors and openers
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer questions and concerns
• Ensure installations and repairs are completed within designated time frames
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Garage Door Installer or similar role
• Knowledge of garage door systems, including hardware, tracks, springs, and openers
• Ability to read and interpret installation manuals and blueprints
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Professional and courteous demeanor
