DubClub Overview: The DubClub founding team played football and baseball together at Stanford, then remained friends after college. Like many sports bettors and sports fans, we triumphed together. But we also lost together. Through it all, we did our best to utilize the timely information shared by countless sports content creators to better inform our bets. Input from these sports content creators was useful, but the methods to receive their timely content containing betting advice were unreliable. We found ourselves refreshing websites, sifting through timelines, and jumping in and out of Discord servers. When we paid these sports content creators for their advice, a great dynamic ensued. They made money from our payment for their content, and we lost money less frequently. Thus, DubClub was born to serve sports content creators that are serious about making a lot of money from their sports betting content. Our product is the business operating system for sports content creator CEOs (our “partners”) to easily inform more consumers and achieve financial freedom. Since our founding, we have facilitated over $50 million in subscription payments for our partners and delivered hundreds of millions of messages containing informational sports betting content to consumers. Role context and overview This role is being filled on our Marketing team, serving the Partner Success segment of our Go To Market strategy. Specifically, you will help grow our CEO partners’ DubClub businesses by driving acquisition of new subscribers to their DubClub via social media and email channels. Your #1 Priority Within 90 days, you will be expected to have profitably generated more than [ ___ ]% of our CEO Partners’ total Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) for the quarter. Here is what driving profitable GMV to our CEO partners’ looks like: You will be given a budget of $X You will drive GMV from social media and email of $Y The $Y in GMV results in $Z of net revenue, where $Z > $X How you’ll achieve this outcome Spend the first 30 days studying the industry, learning about the purchasing behavior of consumers and the marketing behavior of our CEO partners At day 30, you will have provided a summary of what you’ve learned drives subscriptions At day 60, you will have a plan that you are serving to start generating GMV from social At day 90, you will have generated $Z in net revenue, which is greater than $X of spend What you’ll bring to DubClub You have 5+ years of experience in measurable, high ROI demand generation You are highly outcome-oriented You are logic and data-driven You use your learnings to focus on the highest leverage opportunity You are a problem solver and you love solving problems for users You are an avid product tinkerer and aren’t afraid to be a champion for users Compensation $150K+ with substantial equity ownership Per our values, you get paid more when you drive desired outcomes.
