We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join our dynamic team in New York. This is an exciting opportunity to manage HVAC projects for the public sector. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning to completion, ensuring high-quality work is delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HVAC installations for public projects.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met.
• Oversee the project budget, timelines, and quality control to ensure efficient and on-time project delivery.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with all safety and building regulations.
• Prepare detailed project reports and communicate with stakeholders on progress, issues, and solutions.
• Handle procurement of materials and equipment in alignment with project requirements.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience managing HVAC projects in a public or commercial setting.
• Proven track record of completing large-scale HVAC installations within budget and on time.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, construction processes, and relevant building codes and regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
