We take pride in our customer-first approach and are looking for a motivated Project Manager to help take our installs to the next level!

How You Will Make an Impact:

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless, stress-free HVAC installation experience. You’ll work closely with both our Sales and Installation teams, overseeing project details from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Projects-Oversee HVAC installations from start to finish, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Support Customers – Act as the main point of contact, guiding customers through every step of the process.
• Manage Logistics –  Manage schedules, coordinate with contractors, and oversee all moving parts to ensure smooth, on-time installations.
• Streamline Processes-  Assist customers with financing, payments, permitting, rebates, and scheduling to eliminate confusion and hassle.
• Build Trust-  Maintain open communication, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Optimize Operations- Support dispatch, administrative tasks, and keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, scheduling, or coordination roles, preferably in HVAC, construction, or a similar industry. One-year minimum experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Positive, solution-oriented mindset with leadership qualities.
• Open to feedback and eager to improve.
• Previous experience in project management or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to make decisions under pressure.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus, but not required.
• Proficiency with scheduling software (preferably Service Titan) and MS Office Suite.
