Education and Experience:

• Education – BS degree, preferably in Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering; Lean Champion Certification and Six Sigma Green/Black Belt is a plus.
• Experience – 2+ years of experience in a Lean Six Sigma enterprise or equivalent educational experience.
