Job Description

Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking a NGFW Service Manager to join their team. As a Next Gen Firewall Service Manager, you will be part of the Customer Experience Organization supporting a dedicated Software Support Service team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: NGFW Service Manager

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $54/hr

What's the Job?

• Lead customer delivery engagements and provide escalation support for large-scale solutions and complex issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to demonstrate the value of services and solutions to customers.
• Drive customer technology transitions, influencing solution architectures and services.
• Provide technical expertise and escalation support in documenting and resolving technical problems found in products and solutions.
• Consult and work with customers and key stakeholders to plan, design, install, configure, integrate, and optimize Cisco Secure Firewall services.

What's Needed?

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience designing, deploying, configuring, supporting, troubleshooting, debugging, and administering NGFW Security Products.
• Minimum 2 years of experience directly supporting or consulting with customers.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) is required.
• Working knowledge of security industry products and services.
• Deep knowledge of routing, switching, and network protocols.
