Salary: $45,000 - $65,000

Job Description:

This company is seeking motivated, entry-level Cradle-to-Grave (C2G) Sales Representatives to join their dynamic team. This role offers a robust training program and the opportunity to develop expertise in the logistics industry while working on-site in Houston. You will manage the entire sales and operations cycle, from prospecting new clients to executing transportation solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and execute the full cradle-to-grave process, including prospecting, quoting, booking, and managing freight.
• Build and nurture relationships with small- to mid-sized shippers.
• Focus on developing a variety of freight business.
• Collaborate in a pod-based structure for team success.

Qualifications:

• At least a year of sales or brokerage experience
• Background in fast-paced sales roles (e.g., ADP, Enterprise, Paychex, Paycom) a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to be on-site in Tampa. FL.
