Part-time Accountant

Our client, an international technology company, is seeking a Part-time Accountant to take charge of full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Location: Englewood, CO; Hybrid (In-office 2 days/week)
Pay Range: $28-36/hr

This Part-time Accountant position offers 28-32 hours per week, benefits, and PTO, making it an ideal role for someone seeking work-life balance while contributing to a dynamic and expanding business.

Key Responsibilities of the Part-time Accountant:

• Process and manage the full accounts payable cycle, including payment coding, vendor statement reconciliation, and responding to inquiries.
• Oversee accounts receivable functions across multiple business entities, ensuring accurate contract review, invoice processing, payment application, and account reconciliation.
• Manage international billing processes and ensure accurate reconciliation of multi-currency transactions.
• Work closely with vendors, clients, and internal teams to address discrepancies and maintain efficient financial workflows.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and manage foreign exchange (FX) adjustments.
• Ensure adherence to both domestic and international accounting regulations and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills for the Part-time Accountant:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience handling full-cycle accounts payable and receivable, ideally in a multi-entity or international environment.
• Expertise in international billing, foreign currency transactions, and multi-currency reconciliations.
• Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
• A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
