Part-Time Accounting Associate - Boston, MA

Our client, a mission-driven nonprofit organization in Boston, MA, is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Associate for a short-term project to support general accounting and finance operations. This is a fully onsite role in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities

• Enter invoices, bills, and payments into accounting software
• Generate invoices and account statements
• Reconcile general ledger and credit card accounts
• Assist with financial reporting and audit preparation
• Support quarterly reporting for internal departments
• Work closely with finance leadership to ensure data accuracy

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Experience with Sage or similar accounting software preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
