Work Schedule: Full Time, flexible schedule to be determined

Salary Range: $175,000 - $200,000

A vibrant family seeks an exceptional Family Manager to become an integral part of their household. As the Family Manager, you'll be the linchpin of daily operations, overseeing everything from children's packed schedules to household logistics. Your days will be filled with diverse responsibilities: chauffeuring family members, preparing nourishing meals, managing calendars, and ensuring the household runs like a well-oiled machine. Weekend availability is key, as you'll be there to support family activities and special moments.

But this role goes beyond taskscreating a nurturing, joyful environment where every family member can thrive. Your emotional intelligence and genuine connection with the children will be paramount. You'll anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and bring a positive energy that uplifts the entire household.

The ideal candidate will bring a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least 3 years in family-focused roles, and a track record of progression from nanny to personal assistant or household manager.   • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with the existing staff members.

Responsibilities

  • Family-Centered Support : Serve as the primary coordinator for all children's activities, including weekend events. Drive family members to various appointments and activities. Prepare family meals approximately every other day, accommodating preferences and dietary needs. Maintain weekend availability to support family activities and special events. Build meaningful relationships with family members, especially children.
  • Children's Schedule Management : Implement comprehensive calendar management for children's activities. Coordinate camps, sports, lessons, and social engagements. Ensure transportation arrangements are in place for all children's activities. Maintain awareness of important dates, deadlines, and special events. Collaborate with schools, instructors, and activity providers.
  • Household Management : Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient living environment. Maintain inventory of essential supplies. Coordinate with service providers for cleaning, maintenance, and repairs schedule routine maintenance for household systems and vehicles. Manage family finances, including budgeting and bill payment.
  • Project Management : Take initiative on family projects without requiring detailed direction. Anticipate needs and proactively address potential challenges. Coordinate family events, from intimate gatherings to elaborate occasions. Manage gift procurement for various occasions.
  • Team Collaboration : Work harmoniously with existing staff, particularly the nanny. Delegate tasks effectively based on skills and family needs. Foster clear communication among all household staff. Ensure accountability for task completion. Create a positive working environment that prioritizes family well-being.Serve as the central point of communication for family logistics.
  • Administrative Support: Manage family calendars meticulously, ensuring everyone is on the same page regarding appointments, commitments, and deadlines. This may involve scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining a centralized system for tracking important information.
