Description Oversee the successful planning and execution of large-scale renovation and ground-up construction projects. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure projects meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Profile Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, preferably in the NYC market. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes. Proven experience managing project schedules, budgets, and teams effectively. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, or similar). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to managing challenges.
