We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Real Estate Appraiser to join our dynamic team. • Conduct comprehensive property appraisals on retail, office, and industrial properties.
• Analyze market trends and economic conditions affecting property values.
• Prepare and present detailed appraisal reports to stakeholders and management.
• Evaluate comparable sales data and rental rates to establish property valuations.
• Utilize various valuation methods including cost, income, and sales comparison approaches.
• Collaborate with the acquisitions team to provide informed property analyses.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• State certification or licensure as a property appraiser.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in real estate appraisal, preferably in commercial properties.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in real estate valuation methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in appraisal software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
