About the Role: As a real estate agent at Idaho Life, you will play a crucial role in connecting clients with their dream homes. You will be responsible for:

•Be on the phone for 2-3 hours per day
•Make and send videos
•Be available nights and weekends for client appointments and showings
•Identify homes that meet the criteria as specified by need analysis
•Write and negotiate with clients to contract offers
•Convert appointments to contracts
•Consult with clients to ensure the highest level of service in the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close
•Develop expert knowledge regarding local market conditions and pricing trends
•Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget
•Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close
•Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers
•Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market
•Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction
Qualifications •Valid or near having an Idaho Real Estate License
•Outgoing and friendly
•Basic knowledge of computers and ability to learn systems and database management
•Basic to Intermediate knowledge of Gmail and Google Docs
•Real estate-associated software programs or an advanced ability to learn such items
•Able to work a minimum of 40 hours/week and more if needed (part-time to full-time transition available case by case)
•Must maintain a reliable, professional vehicle and means of transportation at all times
•Sales, customer service, or a background in working with the public is preferred
•Hungry for information, training
•Be coachable
•Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred
•Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•At least one year of experience as a buyer's agent or relevant real estate experience Idaho Life Real Estate
