This part-time role (20-30 hours per week) offers a flexible start time between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM, making it an ideal opportunity for those seeking work-life balance. Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering phone calls and providing excellent customer service
  • Filing documents such as delivery tickets, invoices, orders, and other relevant paperwork
  • Data entry for receiving document details, orders, and other related information
  • Assist with tracking and managing inventory and receiving operations
  • Maintain organized records and filing systems
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a receiving or administrative role
  • Proficiency with Excel preferred
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
