About the role Symbolab.com is on the lookout for an experienced SEO Manager to spearhead and elevate our search engine optimization efforts. This pivotal role within our team demands a candidate with a proven track record in implementing cutting-edge SEO strategies tailored to the latest trends. Requirements: Strategy Development Develop and execute an advanced SEO strategy aligning with the latest trends to maximize organic traffic, visibility, and search engine ranking. Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking, integrating insights from the latest SEO trends. Technical SEO Lead sophisticated technical SEO initiatives, ensuring the website is optimized for advanced search engine crawling, indexing, and rendering. Collaborate closely with the development team to implement and experiment with the latest SEO best practices and address complex technical issues affecting search performance. Content Optimization Oversee the creation and optimization of high-quality, interactive, and visually appealing content, aligning with the latest trends to enhance user experience and support advanced keyword targeting. Develop and implement progressive on-page optimization strategies, integrating multimedia elements and voice search optimization. Link Building Drive strategic and diversified link-building campaigns, incorporating influencer partnerships, user-generated content, and other innovative approaches to enhance the website's authority and credibility. Analytics and Reporting Utilize advanced analytics tools to implement a data-driven approach, continuously monitoring and reporting on key SEO performance metrics. Provide insightful reports detailing the impact of SEO initiatives on organic traffic, conversion rates, and revenue, leveraging the latest data visualization techniques. Algorithm Updates and Industry Trends Stay at the forefront of industry trends, regularly updating strategies to align with the latest search engine algorithm updates and emerging technologies in the fast-paced SEO landscape. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development, ensuring a holistic approach to SEO that aligns with the broader business strategy. Provide expert SEO insights and recommendations to synergize efforts across various digital marketing channels. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in SEO with a focus on implementing strategies aligned with the latest trends (2023-24). In-depth technical SEO expertise and familiarity with cutting-edge SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush). Strong understanding of the latest search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices. Proficiency in leveraging AI and machine learning for SEO optimization. Experience with advanced SEO elements, such as schema markup, Core Web Vitals optimization, and mobile-first indexing. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
