Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description
Prepare and complete warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule. This includes tasks such as loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, shipping, and conducting audits. You will also be responsible for receiving and processing warehouse stock products by picking, unloading, auditing, labeling, and storing them. Utilize barcode and scanning technology for order fulfillment and inventory management. Inspect products for defects and damages, examine incoming and outgoing shipments, perform inventory controls, and maintain high-quality standards during audits.
ResponsibilitiesYou will be eligible for up to a 15% 401k match based on company performance, with a 5% automatic match and up to an additional 10% match with profit sharing. The company values its employees and frequently holds town halls to gather feedback and communicate updates.
Work EnvironmentThe work environment is an industrial manufacturing setting which can get warm at times. The presence of running machines means it can also be loud.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hopkins, Minnesota.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
