Job Summary

We are looking for a Water Damage & Carpet Cleaning Technician to help deliver high-quality restoration and cleaning services. This hands-on role includes comprehensive training, offering a great opportunity for career growth in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform water damage mitigation, restoration services, and carpet cleaning projects with precision and care
• Communicate professionally with customers to address questions and ensure satisfaction
• Set up, monitor, and maintain equipment and tools for each project
• Document work progress and complete all required paperwork accurately
• Keep company vehicles stocked, clean, and organized with necessary tools and supplies

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or GED) required
• Experience in water damage mitigation, carpet cleaning, or related services is a plus, but not requiredtraining provided
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
• Basic math skills to determine equipment needs
• Basic computer skills for logging activities and reporting
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
