RCP Motor Mechanic – Entry-Level & Experienced Candidates Welcome!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the disassembly and reassembly of vertical motors up to 12,000 HP (13.2kW Voltage).
• Work under the guidance of senior mechanics to troubleshoot and resolve issues such as oil leaks and vibration problems .
• Conduct incoming and outgoing motor test runs .
• Gain experience performing a variety of mechanical tasks as part of your role.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical inclination and a strong desire to learn – previous experience is a plus, but not required!
• Must be able to work with basic hand tools and learn to use M&TE tools (dial indicators, micrometers, torque wrenches, pressure gauges, etc.).
• Willingness to complete Radiological Worker Training annually (cost covered by employer).
• Ability to lift 50 pounds .
• Positive attitude, good communication skills , and a willingness to work hard.
• Basic forklift, crane, or rigging experience is a plus, but not required.
• Overtime may be required (nights/weekends).
