We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our thriving marketing team. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to generate new business and foster existing relationships within the marketing industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B account growth, digital marketing, and new business development. Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our business by developing and implementing strategic marketing plans. Your duties will include:

1. Identifying and securing new business opportunities, while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
2. Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
3. Implementing digital marketing strategies to increase online presence and brand awareness.
4. Collaborating with internal teams to design, develop, and implement marketing campaigns tailored to the needs of individual clients.
5. Providing exceptional client service, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships.
6. Monitoring market trends and competitors’ strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
7. Leveraging your hospitality experience to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business development.
2. Proven track record of driving new business and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
4. Experience in digital marketing and B2B account growth.
5. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and implement effective strategies.
6. Client-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
8. Hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
